P&G Sheds $1.5 Million in Debt

Procter & Gamble Co., Cincinnati, sold $1.5 billion in two-part global debt, according to market sources. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley were the joint lead managers for the 10-year notes. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. were joint lead managers for the 30-year bonds....
